SAM registration is required for award consideration. The solicitation package, which includes specifications and instructions on how to submit the quote, is attached. A mandatory site visit will be held on July 21 at 10.00am at the American Embassy Compound in Antiguo Cuscatlan, La Libertad, El Salvador. All questions and request for additional information after the site visit must be submitted no later than July 23.
