The US Mission to the United Nationis is requesting a quote to proved payroll services. This is a non-personal service contract to manage the payroll processing for up to four employees working at two official residences. These employees are not U.S. Government employees but are employed by their respective Ambassadors. The contractor will ensure compliance with local labor laws and provide comprehensive payroll services to include: Payroll Processing Payroll Tax Compliance Payroll Reporting Workers Compensation & Disability Insurance The anticipated performance period is for one (1) year The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. All contractors have to be registered in SAM (System for Award Management) database htpp://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals. All RFQ package must be emailed to mollisons@state.gov.
