SAM registration is required for award consideration. The solicitation package, which includes specifications and instructions on how to submit the quote, is attached. A mandatory site visit will be held on Thursday July 17 at 10.00am at the international Airport in Comalapa, la Paz, El Salvador. All questions and requests for additional information after the site visit, must be submitted no later than July 21. Proposals are due on or before July 25, 2025 at 4.00pm local time, to: CotoAB@state.gov
