The U.S. Embassy in Budapest, Hungary is soliciting for quotations for performing Handyman Services at Budapest residences. The anticipated performance is for One base year starting on June 1. 2025, and ending on May 31. 2026, with Two years option of the US Government. All contractors that respond to this solicitation must be technically qualified and financially responsible to perform such a service. At a minimum, each offeror must meet the following requirements to submit a proposal: Relevant, professional qualifications of the firm in the type of work required for projects in the past two years with good experience and past performance records Be able to understand written and spoken English; Have an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing in Hungary; Have the necessary personnel, equipment, and financial resources available to perform the work in the required time; Have all licenses and permits required by local law; Specialized experience and technical competence in the type of work required; Have no political or business affiliation which could be considered contrary to the interest of the United States of America; Have no adverse criminal record; Previous experience with local diplomatic entities is required
