The U.S. Embassy in Windhoek hereby provides the following full solicitation notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for: The provision of janitorial- and landscaping/gardening services at our field office in Windhoek. The contractor shall provide all mentioned services as per the detailed Statement of Work, which is added to this full, published solicitation. The U.S. Government may award the contract, based on the initial offer, without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed priced type of contract. The U.S. Government hereby issues the solicitation on this platform, SAM.gov and on the U.S. Embassy website as from today, August 01, 2025. Please see RFQ for actual response date.
