The US Embassy Dar es Salaam wishes to solicit your technical proposal and proforma cost estimate on the construction of steel mezzanine floor as per scope of work (SOW). U.S. Government intends to award a contract to a reputable and responsible company submitting a quote which is technically acceptable and at the lowest price. A site visit will be held on April 30, 2025. 10:00 a.m. at the Embassy. Interested contractors should submit no more than two names of attendees to the address DarProcurementbid@state.gov with subject line Request for site visit PR15282470 – Construction of Steel Mezzanine Floor not later than April 28, 2025. at 02:00 p.m. East Africa Time. Quotations are due by May 15, 2025, at 05:00 p.m. East Africa Time. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted. Your quotation must be submitted electronically to DarProcurementbid@state.gov It is important to make sure the submission is made in specific size and format; in MS-Word 2007/2010 or MS-Excel 2007/2010 or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format. The file size must not exceed 30MB. If the file size should exceed the 30MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 30MB each. In order for a quotation to be considered, you must submit the following: Package one: Technical proposal as indicated in Submittals Package two: Cost proposal Proof of DBA Insurance quote estimate Certification compliance Proof of SAM registration. Offerors shall have an active registration in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102.
