This is not a solicitation; this is a NOTICE OF INTENT to award a single source procurement action as follows:The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement (INL) at the U.S. Embassy in Bogotá-Colombia will award a fix firm price for: Casper UX Application. This is a sole source requirement in accordance with authority citation, FAR Part 6.302-1 – Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. For this requirement, SUR-TEC is considered the only responsible source, and no other supplies or services will accomplish Embassy Bogota requirements.
