Dear Prospective Quoter: Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for “Office supplies”. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on Standard Form 1449 that follows this letter. The U.S. Government intends to award the Blanket Purchase Agreement(s) (BPAs) to those vendors that are technically acceptable, responsible, and clearly intend to sell products and/or services to the U.S. Government at market prices or below. Interested offerors need to know that the U.S. Government may award multiple BPAs. The U.S. Government will only award the number of BPAs that the U.S. Government believes is sufficient to meet needs and regulatory competition requirements. The U.S. Government may award the BPA(s) based on the initial offers without discussion. Quotations are due on June 20, 2025, at 16:00 local time. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted. Please submit your quotation electronically to TiranaBids@state.gov
