PR15201857 - Multi-Award IDIQ Contract for Moving Services The U.S. Embassy of Budapest, Hungary invites vendors to a tender for professional moving and move related services at different locations within the radius of Budapest, Hungary. Activities include loading and offloading vehicles, packing, assembling/dissembling, wall installation, touch cleaning of sites, moving and local (not export) delivery of household effects, residential and office furniture and appliances, occasionally including heavy, high value and fragile items for Embassy Offices and Residences. The planned period of performance is from April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2026, with a possibility of two option years. Only companies or individuals specializing in the field should apply. At a minimum, each offeror must meet the following requirements to submit a proposal: Be able to understand written and spoken English; Have an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing; Have the necessary personnel, equipment, and financial resources available to perform the work; Have all licenses and permits required by local law; Meet all local insurance requirements; Have no adverse criminal record; Have no political or business affiliation which could be considered contrary to the interest of the United States of America; Have good experience and past performance records; The advertisement is open from March 4, 2025, until March 18, 2025. The solicitation package will be sent out by email to firms responding to this announcement on March 19, 2025, Site visit or pre-quotation meeting (online or offline) will be organized on March 24, 2025. The quotation deadline will be on March 28, 2025.
