Fuel Supply for U.S. Embassy Budapest – Reference number: PR15181520 The Embassy of the United States in Budapest, Hungary has a requirement for a contractor to supply fuel for 44 vehicles in the Embassy's Budapest Fleet. The anticipated performance period is one base year, starting on April 1, 2025, and ending on March 31, 2026, with two additional U.S. Government contract option years. Offerors must meet the following requirements: At least two gas stations with 24/7 operation, located no more than 3 km from the V. district of Budapest, and at least one gas station on each highway in Hungary. The vendor must have an established, PIN-protected fuel charge credit card control system. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offeror. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract with Economic Price Adjustment.
