The requirement is to provide Routine calibration, alignment and testing services (yearly) for mission-critical equipment utilized for global repair and assessment of Life-safety testing equipment used by technicians. RDT requirements that Motorola Solutions specificities provides that meet the responsibilities: 1. Provide a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number 2. Calibrate to OEM specifications 3. Return service monitor within 6 weeks after receiving them 4. Present ICC for customer approval and signature. 5. Provide 90-day repair warranty.
