Preventive Maintenance Services for Multistack Air Cooled Chiller The American Embassy in Muscat is seeking potential vendors capable of providing preventive maintenance services for a Multistack Air Cooled Chiller. These services shall ensure that all systems serviced under this agreement are in good operational condition when activated. 1. DESCRIPTION: The American Embassy in Muscat requires preventive maintenance services for a Multistack Air Cooled Chiller. These services shall result in all systems being serviced under this agreement being in good operational condition when activated. 1.1. Type of Contract: This is a firm fixed price contract payable entirely in U.S. Dollars. Prices for all Contract Line Item Numbers (CLIN) shall include proper disposal of toxic substances where applicable. 1.2. Period of Performance: The contract will be for a period of one (1) year (Base Year), with a maximum of four (4), one-year, optional periods (Option Years) of performance. Two (2) maintenance visits per Base Year or Option Year shall be performed, each lasting a minimum of five (5) working days. Working days do not include Fridays, Saturdays, and all Embassy holidays . Embassy Working Hours and Holidays. Sundays are working days at Embassy Muscat. A minimum of one (1) technician qualified to work on Multistack Chillers shall be sent for each semi-annual maintenance visit. All work under this contract shall be performed by cleared American Construction personnel as needed to complete the services.
