The Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) and U.S. Embassy Pretoria has a requirement for professional A&E Services to investigate the condition of the residential 249 Carina and 325 Aires existing roofs and roof structures, and provide roof replacement contract documentations services, as per the attached Statement of Work. A site visit to the two residences is needed to collect the necessary information for the development of contract documents.
