The scope of work includes: Window Replacement: Removal of wooden window frames and installation of aluminum frames with laminated glass and ‘Clear Guard’ screens (updated) Flooring: Replacement of existing parquet tiles with ceramic tiles Driveway: Installation of new pavers, ensuring proper leveling, and compaction (updated) Electrical Works: Upgrade to electrical systems (updated) Perimeter Wall: Repair and rebuild damaged sections of the perimeter wall Guardrails: Installation of guardrails along the driveway Fascia Board Replacement (new) Painting: Interior, Exterior Attached is the updated RFP.
