The contractor is required for the “Wallpaper Removal and Painting” services for the real property owned or manages by the U.S. Government of the U.S. Embassy Ankara, Türkiye. The prices shall include all materials, labor, overhead and profit. The Government will pay the Contractor at the satisfactory completion of services upon receipt of a proper invoice. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. The Government plans to issue the solicitation no earlier than 5 February 2025. This solicitation will be issued via beta.SAM.gov. No paper copies will be mailed. Note: The response date in this synopsis is not a firm date; please see the solicitation for the actual date.
