The U.S. Embassy in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, intends to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Outgoing Pouch Services, to the responsible company submitting an acceptable bid at the lowest price. We intend to set up a BPA based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
