The U.S. Embassy in Windhoek hereby provides the following solicitation notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for: Preventative Maintenance on Fire Suppression Systems in our cafeteria and the marine residence's kitchens at the U.S. Embassy Office Buildings in Windhoek. The contractor/vendor shall provide all mentioned services as per detailed Statement of Work, which is added in this full solicitation, as attachements. The US Government may award the contract, based on the initial offer, without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed priced type of contract for its duration. The U.S. Government hereby issues the full solicitation on this platform and on our U.S. Embassy website as from today. Please see RFQ for actual response date. The U.S. Embassy in Windhoek hereby provides the following pre-solicitation notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for: Preventative Maintenance on fire Suppression Systems in cafeteria and MSGR kitchens at the U.S. Embassy Office Buildings in Windhoek. The contractor/vendor shall provide all mentioned services as per detailed Statement of Work, which will be added when full solicitation is published. The US Government may award the contract, based on the initial offer, without discussion. The resultant contract will be a fixed priced type of contract for its duration.
