For this requirement, METALITH is considered the only brand, and no other supplies or services will accomplish Embassy Bogota requirements Product Service Code: 5411 - RIGID WALL SHELTERS NAICS Code: 624221 - Temporary Shelters Justification for Brand-name: This procurement action is being conducted in accordance with the statutory authority of FAR Part 6.302-1, which states that only one brand-name and no other will satisfy agency requirements.
