We are from the Procurement Section of the American Embassy in Jakarta, Indonesia, would like to invite your company to send sales quotation for the attached goods/services. Below information applies to this solicitation is for your consideration: We only accept New /Original item (the warranty should be valid in Indonesia) and bidder MUST have representative office in Indonesia with a permanent address and telephone listing in the country. Bidder Must have proven prior good working experience with the U.S. Embassy Jakarta for a minimum of three years period. For a Quotation above USD 30,000, bidders Must have an active registration status in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submission. Winning vendor MUST ship the goods no later than two weeks after receiving the order. Note: The Quote should be provided on or before October 18, 2024. This RFQ is being competed. Please make your quotation most competitive. We preserve the right to accept or deny any sales quotation should it be too low or too high in price.
