These services shall result in all systems being serviced under this agreement being in good operational condition when activated. The Wastewater Collection and Treatment Systems to be maintained are as follows: Sanitary Sewer Collection System Wastewater Treatment Plant This is a firm fixed price purchase order for the period of one-year.
