Dear Prospective Offeror, The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit proposals to provide conference facilities and hotel rooms at a five-star hotel in Colombo for the DOJ Regional Conference in November 2024. Refer to the attachment for the link for the Statement of Work Prices should be TAX exempt Payment within 3-4 weeks upon completion Offerors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting their offer/proposal, as prescribed under FAR 4.1102 for offers over $30,000. Failure to be registered at the time of proposal submission may result in the proposal being deemed non-responsible and not considered further. Therefore, offerors are strongly encouraged to register immediately if they wish to submit a response to this requirement. Please be advised that all interested parties are required to include a completed NDAA Vendor Certification Form regarding telecommunications equipment and service prohibitions. Quotations are due by September 13, 2024, at 17:00 hrs (Colombo Time). No quotations will be accepted after this time, and incomplete proposals will not be considered. Email your quotation to the below email address on or before due date and time. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. We anticipate awarding a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions. However, we may engage in discussions with companies in the competitive range if necessary.
