The U.S. Consulate Hermosillo intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price purchase order to Estafeta Mexicana for a one-month period of performance for the acquisition of 1000 kilos of Unclassified Pouch Mail courier service, route Hermosillo-Matamoros- Hermosillo as per Information Management Office requirements. Given that this is a follow-on requirement, the Contracting Officer has determined that it is in the Government’s best interest to sole source this requirement.
