The U.S. Embassy in Budapest, Hungary requires preventive maintenance of the fuel systems in its Chancery buildings located at 12 Szabadsag ter, 1054 Budapest, Hungary. The scope of work includes the preventive maintenance of for the Fuel Management System to eliminate system malfunction, breakdown, and deterioration. The contract will be for a period of one-year, with a maximum of four one-year optional periods of performance and will be expected to commence no later than September 2024. All firms that respond to this solicitation must be technically qualified and financially responsible to perform such a service. At a minimum, each offeror must meet the following requirements to submit a proposal: Have an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing in Europe. Be able to begin the work in September 2024. Be able to understand written and spoken English. Have the necessary personnel, equipment, and financial resources available to perform the work, including trained, qualified, and licensed technicians to inspect, adjust, and perform scheduled preventive maintenance. Have all licenses and permits required by local law. Have liability insurance. Have no adverse criminal record. Have no political or business affiliation which could be considered contrary to the interest of the United States of America.
