The Embassy intends to award Purchase Order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. Award will be based on initial quotations without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with vendors in the competitive range if there is need to do so. If you would like to submit quotation, read the attached Request for Quotations (RFQ) and Complete the Schedule portion of the Standard Form 18, including all blank spaces, and have the form signed by an authorized representative of your company; Provide detailed Quotation, accompanied by adequate technical documentation other printed material or pertinent information (in English language) for item quoted; Provide proof of SAM (System for Award Management) valid registration. Complete all above or the proposal may be considered unacceptable and may be rejected. No responses are requested by this notice. The U.S. Embassy Ashgabat, Turkmenistan is going to procure Spare parts for Lighting and HVAC equipment. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. The Government plans to issue the solicitation on August 14, 2024 This solicitation will be issued via the website of the Embassy of the United States in Turkmenistan and System for Award Management (SAM). No paper copies will be mailed. The Embassy intends to award a contract/purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract/purchase order. This is not a request for quotation; this is for pre-solicitation / informational purposes only. No award will be made on the basis of responses received to this notice.
