The U.S. Consulate General Curacao will award a firm fixed price for Purchasing of New Motor Vehicle. The estimated period of performance will be for one year, at the USG’s discretion. This is a sole source requirement in accordance with authority citation, FAR Part 6.302-1 – Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. For this requirement, GARAGE CORDIA is considered the only responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy U.S. Consulate General Curacao requirements.
