The Embassy of the United States in Turkmenistan will launch the solicitation on https://sam.gov/ websites when it is available. No paper copies will be mailed. The U.S. Embassy in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan, is going to procure a Swimming Pool Maintenance Service. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. The Government plans to issue the solicitation on July 5, 2024. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register PRIOR TO THE SUBMITTAL OF QUOTATIONS/PROPOSALS.

The U.S. Embassy Ashgabat, Turkmenistan requires Swimming Pool Maintenance Services.The Contractor shall provide the outdoor type swimming pool full maintenance for active swimming pool season and during swimming pool winterization period. Swimming pool is located at the New Embassy Compound (NEC) on Archabil 28. The Contractor service shall include general cleaning of the swimming pool and adjacent territory, maintaining the proper chemical balance of the pool water, performing and reporting water quality test results, reporting water testing results. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. Quotations are due by July 26, 2024 at 5pm of local Ashgabat time (+5GMT). No quotations will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted.
