The American Consulate General in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, has a requirement for contractors to provide offers for mineral water* delivery to the USA Consulate in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The Contractor will receive a Purchase Order for 12 months of service. You are invited to submit a quotation. Vendors are required to have SAM registration prior to the award. *Bottle of 20 liters (We will only accept brands with NSF certification). The Consulate plans to award a Purchase Order. You are encouraged to make your quotation competitive. You are also cautioned against any collusion with other potential offerors with regard to price. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) does not commit the American Consulate to make any award. The Consulate reserves the right to cancel this RFQ, or any part of it, without notice. If you or your firm are interested in participating in this process, and to receive a copy of the RFQ package, you must send an email message to RioProcurement@state.gov with the title PR12605798 no later than 15 calendar days after this announcement is posted online. The RFQ package will be forwarded to all interested parties on the 16th day. Upon receipt of the requirements, please read it carefully, and if interested, submit your quotation. Oral quotations will not be accepted.
