Architect/Engineer services are needed to design a soccer field and all ancillary installations, including, but not limited to, perimeter lights and nets in the US Embassy Asuncion compound. We will select an Architect/Engineer firm based on technical qualifications. Firms wishing to be considered for this project should submit the attached Standard Form 330. Please submit a completed Standard Form 330 by May 22, 2024 at 12:00pm PYG via asuncioncontracting@state.gov . Resumes of key individuals may be attached to this form. We will evaluate firms based on the following priority aspects: 1. Specialized experience and technical competence performing general architectural and engineering design (general construction, electrical, geotechnical, etc.). 2. Demonstrated capacity to perform or source all technical aspects of the design, including soccer field design, geotechnical study, topographic survey, expert landscape design and arboreal investigation. 3. Demonstrated capacity to accomplish A/E design work under the International Building Code s standards of design and/or the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). Capability to review and implement Paraguayan codes and standards during design phase. 4. Ability to clearly communicate all technical outputs in English and Spanish.
