This project entails both re-piping and bathroom renovation work at a property at 14195 Berlin, Dahlem area. The potable water lines need to be re-piped from the basement level boiler room and water meter room (hot, cold and hot recirculation) to all the associated bathroom and laundry area fixtures on both levels of the property. 3 bathrooms and a guest toilet are to be completed renovated. The complete work description is included in the solicitation documents. A visit to the property will be taking place (Date - TBA). We strongly encourage parties with serious interest in the solicitation to take part in the visitation in order to obtain a clearer idea of the scale of the work. Please pay attention to a crucial requirement outlined in the DOSAR 652.242-73. This requirement mandates that all vendors possess the necessary licenses and permits to conduct business in Germany.
