The prices listed below shall include all labor, materials, daily commute, accommodation (if required), safety gear, working cloths, contract administration, insurance (see FAR 52.228-4 and 52.228-5), overhead, and profit. The U.S. Embassy Berlin does not provide accommodation nor allows use of its compounds for such purposes at any time! The Government will pay the Contractor the fixed price for services that have been satisfactorily performed.
