The contractor is required to provide “Marine House Cooking Services” for the U.S. Embassy in Ankara. The prices shall include all labor, overhead and profit. Delivery of the required service is to be made to the American Embassy premises located in Ankara. The Government will pay the Contractor at the satisfactory completion of services upon receipt of a proper invoice.
