Document Type : Pre-Solicitation Notice Solicitation Number : PR12439753 19TU15-24-Q-3689 Posted Date : 04/19/2024 Solicitation Issue Date : No earlier than May 3rd, 2024 Locations of the equipment to be delivered: Izmir port of Türkiye or a designated bonded warehouse in Türkiye Contracting Office Address: U.S. EMBASSY ANKARA Çukurambar, 1480 Sokak No 1 Çankaya, 06530 Ankara, Türkiye Description: (Please note that this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date.) The contractor is required to provide “All Wheel Drive max 3.5L turbo charged gasoline or diesel engine, 7-seater Sport Utility Vehicle” for the U.S. Embassy in Ankara. The prices shall include all labor, materials, overhead and profit. Delivery of the required vehicle is to be made to Izmir port of Türkiye or a designated bonded warehouse in Türkiye. The Government will pay the Contractor at the satisfactory completion of services upon receipt of a proper invoice. Government intends to award a purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although discussions may be held with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. The Government plans to issue the solicitation no earlier than May 3rd, 2024.
