Award will be based on initial quotations without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with vendors in the competitive range if there is need to do so. The U.S. Embassy Ashgabat, Turkmenistan is going to procure Air Filters. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. The Government plans to issue the solicitation on March 01, 2024. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.
