Dear Prospective Offeror, The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit Proposals for PR12337252 to provide Conference facility and Hotel rooms near Crossroads, Maldives. Requirement as below, Lodging March 5, 2024, 33 Rooms for one night with BB Conference Facility -Dates March 5 and 6, 2024. Facilities will be used from 09:00 to 16:15 Inclusive of Conference Hall for 70 Attendees Round tables for 35 participants (maximum 5 at each table) Secretariat table for 10 people with power sockets 5 wireless handheld microphones Podium with microphone Stage with the frame(s) for backdrop (based on the venue) Basic stationery (pencils, loose-leaf paper etc.) Mints (pastille or sweets) Drinking water, paper napkins Projector (and preferably TV screens on the sides) Coffee/Tea throughout the conference Lunch for 45 Pax (Participants and Admin team) Networking dinner for 33 Pax (for participants staying at the venue) Opening Ceremony: Total Attendees: 70 Refreshments for 70 Closing Ceremony: Total Attendees: 55 Refreshments for 55 Payment within 3-4 weeks upon completion Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102 for offers over $30,000. Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission may deem the offeror’s proposal to be considered non-responsible and no further consideration will be given. Therefore, offerors are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement. Quotations are due by February 21, 2024, at 12:00 hrs. (Local time). No quotation will be accepted after this time. Incomplete proposal will not be accepted. Email your quotation to the below email address on or before due date and time. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
