The Embassy of USA in Turkmenistan invites you to submit quotation for the PR12235869 – Official Vehicle. The Embassy intends to award Purchase Order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. Award will be based on initial quotations without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with vendors in the competitive range if there is need to do so. If you would like to submit quotation, read the attached Request for Quotations (RFQ) and Complete the Schedule portion of the Standard Form 18, including all blank spaces, and have the form signed by an authorized representative of your company; Provide detailed Quotation, accompanied by adequate technical documentation other printed material or pertinent information (in English language) for item quoted; Provide proof of SAM (System for Award Management) valid registration. Complete all above or the proposal may be considered unacceptable and may be rejected. The Embassy of the United States in Turkmenistan will launch the solicitation on the https://tm.usembassy.gov/ website when it is available. The U.S. Embassy Ashgabat is going to procure Official Vehicle. The Contractor shall furnish and deliver left-handed motor vehicles to the U.S. Embassy in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan. The Government plans to issue the solicitation on January 8, 2024. This solicitation will be issued via the website of the Embassy of the United States in Turkmenistan. No paper copies will be mailed. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. Advance payments are not authorized. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
