PR11878235 Preventive Maintenance of the Chancery HVAC Systems The U.S. Embassy in Budapest, Hungary requires regular (quarterly, semi-annual, and annual) preventive maintenance services for its HVAC equipment, including the Air Handling Unit (Direct Drive, Direct Drive-Outside Air, Belt Drive), the North & South Chancery Chillers (Water Cooled, Air Cooled, Modular, etc.), and the North And South Chancery Fans, Fan-Coil Units & Split Units. These services shall result in all systems being serviced under this agreement being in good operational condition when activated. The equipment are located at 12 Szabadság tér, 1054 Budapest, Hungary. The contract will be for a period of one-year, with a maximum of three one-year optional periods of performance and will be expected to commence no later than 09/30/2023. All firms that respond to this solicitation must be technically qualified and financially responsible to perform such a service. At a minimum, each offeror must meet the following requirements to submit a proposal: Have an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing in HUNGARY; Be able to understand written and spoken English; Have the necessary personnel, equipment, and financial resources available to perform the work, including trained, qualified, and licensed technicians to inspect, adjust, and perform scheduled preventive maintenance Have all licenses and permits required by local, Hungarian law; Meet the following qualification requirements (must be submitted during the tender): Carrier authorized service certificate for contractor or subcontractor name Daikin authorized service certificate for contractor or subcontractor name List of Carrier trained technicians, including their certificate License certificate of Carrier Service Tool software Meet all local, Hungarian insurance requirements; Have no adverse criminal record; Have no political or business affiliation which could be considered contrary to the interest of the United States of America; Be registered or ready to register in the SAM database at www.sam.gov
