The Embassy of USA in Turkmenistan invites you to submit quotation for the PR11825679 – FAC-Tools and Expendables (please see SF-18 RFQ attached). The Embassy intends to award Purchase Order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. Award will be based on initial quotations without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with vendors in the competitive range if there is need to do so. If you would like to submit quotation, read the attached Request for Quotations (RFQ) and Complete the Schedule portion of the Standard Form 18, including all blank spaces, and have the form signed by an authorized representative of your company; Provide detailed Quotation, accompanied by adequate technical documentation other printed material or pertinent information (in English language) for each item quoted; Provide proof of SAM (System for Award Management) valid registration. Complete all above or the proposal may be considered unacceptable and may be rejected. The U.S. Embassy Ashgabat, Turkmenistan is going to procure FAC - Tools and Expendables. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. The Government plans to issue the solicitation on August 01, 2023. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.
