Date of delivery to Embassy Colombo: On or before September 1st , 2023 Bids over $30,000/- should possess “SAM Registration” under US Government Pyment : NET 30 The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/ purchase order to the responsible company submitting the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
