The U.S. Embassy in Lilongwe, Malawi is seeking proposals to replace the roof at a U.S. Government owned residence located at 10/246. The existing 357 square meter roof assembly is “Harvey Tile” metal roof panels to simulate tile on timber roof structure. The Specifications call for removal of the existing roof and installation of new Klip-Lok 700 roof panels and appropriate substrate, or a Contractor proposed suitable alternative.
