This request is for the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement’s Border Protection Capacity Program in support of the Panamanian National Migration Agency among various other Panamanian Government Agencies that utilize the Geographic Information System to integrate data from multiple sources, visualize and analyze data. The ArcGIS Geographic Information Systems Software License must remain the same, as it is supported by the already implemented and installed IBM i2 Suite which has been utilized by the authorized and trained Panamanian agents since year 2019. The proposed contractor, ESRI Panama S.A., is the exclusive authorized manufacturer in Panama. ESRI Panama SA’s service is necessary to ensure interoperability, compatibility, fair pricing, and on-site assistance.
