The Embassy of the United States of America in Budapest, Hungary is now pre-soliciting for quotations for the preparation of a historical study on a total of 8 residential properties owned by the United States government in Budapest, Hungary, in order to determine any necessary actions to be taken for the preservation of these properties, and aspects to consider in any future renovations or alterations. Only companies or individuals specializing in this field should apply. All firms that respond to this pre-solicitation must be technically qualified and financially responsible to perform such a service. At a minimum, each offeror must meet the following requirements to submit a proposal: Have all licenses for the research and documentation of historic values in accordance with Hungarian Government Decree 439/2013. (XI.20.). All offerors must present proof of their licenses in their offers.
