The Embassy of the United States of America in Hungary is soliciting for quotations for legal assistance on local, Hungarian HR issues for one base year with two option years. Only companies or individuals specializing in this field should apply. All firms that respond to this solicitation must be technically qualified and financially responsible to perform such a service. At a minimum, each offeror must meet the following requirements to submit a proposal: Be able to understand written and spoken English; Have an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing in Hungary; Have the necessary personnel, equipment, and financial resources available to supply the required items; Have all licenses and permits required by local, Hungarian law; Have no adverse criminal record; Have no political or business affiliation which could be considered contrary to the interest of the United States of America; Have good experience and past performance records; Registered or be ready to register in the SAM database at www.sam.gov For further details, please contact Ágnes Krechnyák at krechnyaka@state.gov with reference number PR11472244.
