The Embassy of the United States in Abuja, Nigeria will issue a solicitation for the provision of Fiber Based Data Services at the Embassy Compound in Abuja Nigeria. This will be a FFP, ID/IQ type contract covering a base year with four option years. This requirement will be for a bandwidth of 1000MBPS up/1000MBPS down. The total allowable down-time is expected not to exceed 1%. The requirements may change depending on funding availability. The contractor shall furnish all that is required in terms of materials and administration to perform the required work. All responsible sources may submit an offer, but offerors must show evidence of local presence to be able to provide and maintain the required fiber door-to-door link. The Government plans to issue the solicitation in the month of January 2023. All prospective contractors must be registered in SAM (System for Award Management) and have their UEI (Unique Entity Identifier) at the date of proposal submission pursuant to the provisions of FAR 52.204-7. Prospective Offerors are highly encouraged to register immediately as non-registration may deem the offeror to be non-responsible and be disqualified from consideration.
