U.S. Embassy Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan is in need of a full Preventative Maintenance (MP) service and replacement of worn parts for the existing Low Voltage Automatic Voltage Regulator (LV AVR). The spare parts required are the Roller Sets, Column Fans, Roof Fans and Filters along with the new “Quick Disconnect Fan Housing” for any fans that do not have this upgrade completed. An Attic Stock of parts to include: Main Boards, Fan Filters, Column Motor, Limit switches and a complete fuse pack. The Technician will replace any additional parts that Post has documented and those parts added to the quote. The existing LV AVR is an Ortea unit. It is also necessary to provide an Ortea OEM trained & factory-certified technician to replace the spare parts on Site. The responsible Company will need to ship securely all consumables and attic stock spare parts directly to Nur-Sultan city.
