The quotation must include shipping costs to Praia, as well as a guaranteed delivery timeline. To be considered for award, the vehicle must be designed and manufactured specifically for the Africa market. Your quotation must be submitted electronically to PraiaProcurement@state.gov no later than April 24, 17:00h (Praia time).
