The INL office in Bogota is seeking quotations for construction equipment to be used in Colombia. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation issued under FAR Subpart 12.6, and no separate written solicitation will be issued. Offerors must comply with the instructions in Section 3 of the attached RFQ document to be considered for award. The work will be performed in Colombia, with the INL office located in Bogota. All responsible sources are invited to submit quotations.
