A combined synopsis/solicitation is issued for the acquisition of construction materials and tools. The solicitation is issued by the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement (INL) at the U.S. Embassy in Bogota. Quotations must be submitted via email to specified addresses, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The award will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR 12. Interested parties should follow the instructions provided in Section 3 of the RFQ document.
