This is not a solicitation; this is a NOTICE OF INTENT to award a single source procurement action as follows: The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement (INL) at the U.S. Embassy in Bogotá-Colombia will award a fix firm price for the ACREDITATION INPEC FACILITIES - ACACIAS. This is a sole source requirement in accordance with authority citation, FAR Part 6.302-1 – Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. For this requirement, THE AMERICAN CORRECTIONAL ASSOCIATION is considered the only responsible source, and no other supplies or services will accomplish Embassy Bogota requirements.
