This is not a solicitation; this is a NOTICE OF INTENT to award a single source procurement action as follows: The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement (INL) at the U.S. Embassy in Bogotá-Colombia will award a fix firm price for FLIGHT EXPLORER LICENSES. This is a sole source requirement in accordance with authority citation, FAR Part 6.302-1 – Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. For this requirement, CAE FLIGHT SERVICES USA, INC. is considered the only responsible source, and no other supplies or services will accomplish Embassy Bogota requirements. You may contact Javier F.
