The US Department of State Bureau for International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Office of Aviation (INL/A) is seeking sources of supply for an EO/IR video surveillance system with data link capability. INL/A has a requirement for UH-1HII/UH-1ST and UH-60 A/L aircraft to be modified for EO/IR sensors (A kits), and sensor packages (B Kits) for deployment to provide real time data/imagery to fixed and mobile ground stations in Central and South America. It is anticipated that the production units procured through this acquisition will be installed by INL/A’s Aviation O&M contractor AAR. INL/A would like interested offerors to provide: comments on the attached draft requirements document your company’s capability statement for completing similar work examples of relevant experience and past performance your company’s SBA business size standard and classification any other relevant information that INL/A should consider before entering into the formal solicitation process.
